A 1-1 Sound Session is very different from coming along to a private sound bath 🥰💜

These sessions are created completely around you.

Whether you’re looking to relax, release stress, find clarity, process emotions, reconnect with yourself, or simply take some much-needed time out, the session is tailored to exactly what you need.

We begin with a wee chat so I can get a feel for where you’re at and what you’d like to gain from our time together. From there, I intuitively choose the instruments, rhythms and sounds that will best support you on your journey.

You’ll often feel more aware and connected during a 1-1 session, while still experiencing a deep state of relaxation. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded and more aligned with themselves ✨
