A little update from Caroline -

I just wanted to share a little update with you all. As many of you know, I’m currently going through chemotherapy. I’ve been doing my best to keep everything running as normal, but I’m finding it a bit tougher with each cycle.

Over the next few weeks in April, I’ll be gradually reducing my workload even more. I’m juggling treatment, hospital appointments, running the salon, and still being on the salon floor cutting hair and it’s now starting to be too much. My health is my top priority so I’m really sorry if I need to cancel or move your appointment at short notice.

The team in the salon are amazing and I can absolutely arrange for another stylist to look after you. There may be some changes to appointment times or a bit of a wait, so thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Looking ahead, it’s likely I won’t be working during May. I’m expecting my last month of treatment to be the toughest as the chemotherapy effects are cumulative. I won’t be taking any new bookings for May, and existing appointments may need to be cancelled. If you have something special coming up - a wedding, birthday, or event, please do call the salon and we’ll make sure you’re booked in with another stylist.

I’m really hoping that by June, once treatment settles, I’ll be able to return to some normality.
I am taking bookings from June onwards, so if you’re happy to move your May appointment, that would be lovely.
