And… What are anti-wrinkle injections? 💉😌

Anti-wrinkle injections (Botulinum toxin injections), commonly known as ‘Botox’, relax the muscles in your face to smooth out lines and wrinkles, most commonly on the forehead, frown and crows feet.
This is a temporary treatment and usually lasts upto 3 or 4 months
Botulinum toxin can not only be used in the face but other areas too, such as the neck, also the armpits to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and other areas too.

When can you not have anti-wrinkle injections?

- if you have a skin infection
- you're unwell in any way
- if you have a neuromuscular condition like myasthenia gravis
- if you're taking certain medicines
- if you're pregnant or breastfeeding
- if any allergies you may have contraindicate with the drug
