As this is specifically a content model appointment, you must be comfortable with:

📸 Photos and videos being taken during your treatment
📸 Your face being visible in some of the content
📸 The content being used on Aroma Sprinkle’s social media and marketing

Your comfort, privacy and appropriate draping will of course be maintained throughout the treatment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage using the Vodder Method is a gentle, specialised treatment using slow, light, rhythmic and precise movements designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid.

This is very different from my Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Therapy treatments — there is no Wood Therapy, cupping, deep pressure or vigorous sculpting involved.

A consultation form will need to be completed beforehand to make sure MLD is suitable for you.

I’m so excited to now offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage using the Vodder Method following my latest training.

And one of the most important things I want clients to understand is that MLD and my Brazilian lymphatic sculpting treatments are very different experiences.

Vodder MLD uses exceptionally light, slow, rhythmic and precise movements, following the natural pathways of the lymphatic system.

There is:

🤍 No Wood Therapy
🤍 No cupping
🤍 No deep pressure
🤍 No vigorous body sculpting

Instead, the focus is on gentle lymphatic support and relaxation.

The specialised skin-stretching movements are designed to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid and can be particularly lovely if you’re experiencing general puffiness or fluid retention, have been travelling or inactive, or simply want an exceptionally gentle and restorative treatment.

Many people are surprised by just how light MLD actually is- but that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be.

I’m so happy to share that I’m now officially qualified in Pre & Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). 🌿

This specialist training allows me to offer lymphatic drainage treatments to support clients before and after cosmetic surgery, including procedures such as:

✨ Tummy tuck / abdominoplasty
✨ Liposuction
✨ Breast augmentation
✨ Breast reduction & lift
✨ Facelift procedures

Post-operative MLD is very different from my Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and body sculpting treatments. It requires specialist knowledge and a gentle, carefully adapted approach appropriate to the procedure and stage of recovery.

The aim is to support the body’s natural lymphatic processes during recovery, helping with concerns such as post-operative swelling and fluid build-up, while always working within the surgeon’s/medical team’s guidance and the appropriate recovery timeframe.

I’ve invested a lot into continuing my training because I want to be able to offer my clients treatments that are not only effective, but delivered with the knowledge and care they deserve. ❤️

I’m incredibly proud to add Pre & Post-Op MLD to my qualifications.

I spent my whole Sunday in Lancashire completing my Manual Lymphatic Massage training- and it was SO worth it! ❤️
