Did you know that I am also trained and insured to work on children. I apply pressure suitable for their frame and comfort level the same way as I do for each adult. Robert suffers with tight hamstrings and growing pains so today I got him in for a full leg sports massage. All I ask is that the parent stays in the treatment room at all times.

The lovely Vicky back in today, this time for work on her calves to assist with blood flow and muscle tension. It’s always a great feeling when a client wants to book again before leaving 🥰

My sports massage wax has arrived! 🙌 This product is amazing for giving grip to assist in getting deeper into those muscle fibres and knots. It has a lovely citrus smell too 🍋

Back and shoulders
Calf (lower leg)
Quads (upper leg) inc knee
Shoulders, arms and hands
Feet

These treatments will be 45 min appointments to include 15 minutes consultation to access areas of pain and your range of movement with 30 minutes of massage (this can be increased if required after the first session)

Sessions will be at the discounted student rate of £25 for a limited time only.
