Cancelling an appointment with just one minute to spare before the 24-hour notice period ends, simply to avoid being charged, is unacceptable.

I completely understand that things happen and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, leaving it until literally a minute before the deadline for an appointment scheduled the following day is extremely unfair and inconsiderate. It leaves no realistic opportunity to fill that slot and shows little respect for the time and business of the person providing the service.

Life happens, but courtesy and consideration should still apply.
