Where do I begin?
An old scar on the top lip, overfilled upper tubercles, uneven bottom lip and unaddressed oral commissuresā¦.just a few of the things needed to be taken into consideration.
At first glance at least to me she needs a total oral refresh.
Addressing this whole area in order to make this attempt a successful one!
After all if the aim is just to fill, anyone can do that! Right!
But thatās not the goal, the goal is to look good, natural and refreshed, to still look like yourself but a more relaxed and refreshed version.
If I had my way I wouldāve preferred a dissolve first and a refill 4-6 weeks later but this was not an option due to patients recent medical issues and time pressures.
