I’m very accommodating when it comes to fitting people in for a haircut but when people are cancelling just before there appointment it’s not on,
There are customers all the time asking for haircuts and I can not fit them in as I’m fully booked, and when you cancel not only can others not get there haircut but I also lose money,
I have never asked people to pay a percentage of there haircut if they can not make it, but I will consider If this continues to happen
