I've been a bit quiet lately, mainly due to work and the never-ending uni assignments, but off to centre parcs next week for a lovely break so I've redone my nails in lavender purple and a Fairyglo glitter on the top! 💅🦄😍

I've got a lovely friends 30th birthday party tonight, so I thought i'd go for a sophisticated colour to match my personality 🙄😂 blush orange with luxury gold on the ring finger!

Christmas nails! Although not overly Christmassy, just super sparkly. I've opted for Intergalactic purple and then a Fairyglo glitter on the ring finger. Merry Christmas Eve Eve everyone🎄💅

Sparkly set of Christmas nails from earlier this afternoon.. I absolutely love this especially with the gold! 🙈😍 I may do my own in the same design 🎄💅 Customer opted for a lipstick red undercoat with flashy red and then a sprinkling of luxury gold on the ring finger!

I've been quietly busy over the last couple of weeks doing a few Christmas nails here and there! Whilst working my normal school job. I'm loving all the glitteryness that comes out at this time of year though!👌💅🎄 glitter!

Please do think before allowing your children to have acrylic nails!

As nail practitioners we should all be saying No! 💅😡

Have your children got parties planned over the coming months? Asking if they can have acrylic nails over the Christmas holiday break from school? If so please be careful. Our children’s ward saw a significant increase in admissions of children aged 12 years and under over the School summer holidays who had sustained traumatic and painful nail bed injuries as a result of either catching their acrylic nails whilst playing or trapping their fingers in doors due the longer nails. The children managed to pull, snap or trap their acrylic nail, ripping off their own nail underneath, requiring them to have surgery to repair the damaged nail bed. Very painful and traumatic for the children involved.

Apologies for being away for a few months, besides being super busy with work, I've had uni work to complete on top! Nail appointments are available I've just scaled things down to make everything more manageable. I managed to do my own at the weekend; finally! I must apologise as I've been a bit quiet lately. I started my new job in my new school this week and coupled with a few sets of nails in the evenings, I am knackered. I've managed to sort my own out this evening and have opted for a Ocean Blue and a Fairyglo glitter!
