When somone comes to see me, I don't start by thinking: "What techniques am I going to use?"
I start by asking myself:
"What does this person need today to feel safe, heard and able to engage with care?"
Sometimes that means taking extra time to listen.
Sometimes it means starting with Spianl Flow or gentle fascia release.
Sometimes it means gentle joint mobilisations and deep tissue massage
Sometimes it means slowing everything down.
Sometimes it means helping somone to reconnect with how heir body feels.
I' ve come to realise that meaningful change often starts with creating the right environment for the body and mind to settle, rather than rushing to "fix" the symptoms.
No two people are the same, and your care shouldn't be either.

30 min - £35- ideal for isolated issue
1 hour - £50- ideal for regular treatments and resolving long standing issues
1.5 hour - £75 - ideal for full body massage or combination of energy healing and soft tissue work
2 hours - £100 - ideal for deeper healing experience, combination of techniques and deeper guidance

Spinal Flow is one of the techniques that helps to remove the blockages from the spine and allow better communication between the central nervous system and the body.
It is derived from chiropractic, energy healing and cranio sacral therapy.
I often combine it with Reiki or Myofascial release for profound results.

Health thought for today ✨️
The less emotional, chemical and structural blockages we have in our body, the more we become our authentic self.
The person who we always were meant to be.
Not a version of us that is trying to please.
Not a version who acts from lack of self love.
Not a version who's light was suppressed by pain, abandonment, trauma.
Not a person who believed that was not good enogh.
But our true self that we came here as to fulfill our soul purpose.
There is not one magic trick to do it.
Shedding what doesn't serve us and what we carried with us, is a journey.
