We just wanted to give you a little heads-up that from May 1st, 2025, there will be a small price increase . We held off on this for as long as possible, but with the rising costs of materials and essentials, it’s now a necessary step.

Your support truly means the world to us, and we can’t thank you enough! Our commitment to using the highest quality products and delivering the best service remains exactly the same.

Important Announcement: Changes to Our Online Booking Policy

To improve our booking process and ensure availability for all clients, we have updated our online booking policy.

🔸 What’s Changing?
From now on, all appointments booked online will require card details to secure your slot.
• Your Security Comes First: We do not have access to your card details. This information is securely stored by Fresha.
• No Upfront Charges: You won’t be charged when booking and will still pay at the salon after your appointment.

🔸 No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. If not, or in the case of a no-show, a fee will apply.

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support as we strive to provide the best service for everyone.

Hey everyone!

We hope that you are all ok ❤️

Just a heads up to all of our clients coming to the salon to visit us over the next few days..

The bottom of St James Street is closed.
This is the road that you turn onto from the roundabout off the main road through Wetherby.

You can access St James/crossley street by driving through the town of Wetherby, past the town hall, past the library along the road of West Gate, towards Spofforth Hill and then turning right up Caxton street where the cinema is situated at the top of this road. From there you can turn right, down Crossley Street and on to us.
If you are coming down from Spofforth Hill/Linton then you can carry on down Westgate and then turn left up Caxton Street and continue round to us that way.
The carpark is open as usual and so are we.

We don’t know how long St James Street will be closed so this information may or may not apply for the next few days.

We appreciate the road closure may cause delays for some clients. We are totally understanding of this.
