A new treatment I have recently added to my service list and I’m super excited about this one! I’ve had my eye on it for a few years so finally done it!

“A facial for your feet”

⭐️What is it? And what is it different from a regular pedicure?

Elim is a medical grade pedicure treatment which uses state of the art ingredients to remove hard skin and calluses from the feet.
It consists of Alkaline peels, AHA exfoliants, Antibacterial soaks, Detox masks and non slip heel balm.

⭐️How does it work? (The science part!)

It works by using a combination of active ingredients to effectively remove hard skin and calluses from the feet. The active ingredients used in chemical peels change the pH of the skin, breaking down the protein bonds that bind together the dead skin cells. This is followed by the use of a scraper and pumice to remove most of the hard skin and a pH neutralizer to rebalance and maintain soft and supple heels post treatment. 🩶

⭐️ Can anyone have the treatment?

Unfortunately it isn’t for everyone, below is a list of contraindications
-anyone taking Ro-accutane
-infectious skin conditons
-eczema
-psoriasis
-bleeding skin
-open cuts and abrasions
-verrucae
-known allergies
