As a hairstylist I like to be honest with my clients/audience and so I want to share with you about my Glowwa journey over the last couple of weeks….
I’ve been a bit hit & miss with both my hair food and my collagen.
I like to add mine to my breakfast as I’m rubbish taking capsules (hair food) and I prefer my collagen mixed into the Greek yoghurt although it can be taken in coffee or you can cook with it or the new one can be added to water.
Sometimes life gets in the way and I’ve had an alternative breakfast.
What I’ve learned is that consistency is key!
My energy levels have lowered and my gut is a bit out of sorts.

BUT I’m back on track and being consistent again!

I was always sceptical of all these products that are advertised for us….collagen in particular BUT am I glad I’ve made it part of my daily routine!
