Hey everyone 🥰

I wanted to spend five minutes just to say how much I have enjoyed our time and journey together these past 5 years or so, how much I appreciate you and enjoy all your company when visiting us at the salon, you will be missed soooo much and although the salon doors are now closed I’m sure it is not the last time our paths will cross!

I want to thank Caroline (mum) for all the support and laughs she has provided to us all along side Abbi and Jasmine your laughs are infectious, you are amazing & your shared passion for your children and friendship are admirable, having you in salon for my last appointment today was greatly needed and treasured as our last memory in salon together I love you all and I can not wait to see where our friendships and shenanigans will lead us too next 🥲

For those of you that do not know I have closed the salon to support my daughter with her autism and to concentrate on her home schooling journey together full time, so prey for me, bring me coffee if passing and forgive me if I fall asleep stood up mid conversations! Here’s to winging it! 😅

Afternoon everyone 🥰 I hope you are having a lovely day despite the weathers ups and downs!

I was going to do a live video but I get too emotional 🥲 I have something extremely difficult to announce and I’d like to start with thanking every single soul that has entered this salon and come along on this journey with me 🥲

I am tired, I feel defeated with some cards I’m being dealt and the stress is causing me to become a ratty parent, a snappy partner, a stressful version of myself even I can not stand juggling everything

As those who know me understand the plates I’m trying to keep spinning within my professional and personal life and my daughter needs me and my stress free hyper focus version of myself to be on her and only her for the foreseable

So I have made the really difficult decision to close the salon doors on 31st October 2024 as I begin a new chapter which needs me to be just the mum version of me for now, I have no idea what the future holds or where it’s going to lead so I’m going to call this a start of an adventure! 🤠

I hope to see you all again as much as I possibly can over the next month or so, please do drop by and have a coffee x

I will miss you all, the salon and the team immensly 😘 here’s to WINGING IT!🤪

CONSULTATIONS ✍🏼

There is NOTHING more important when meeting a client than a thorough means of communication in a face to face consultation to meet and understand client expectations.

If your clients needs are not being met they will not be returning, to maintain clients and keep them coming back for more you need to educate them, inform them and talk about there expectations and yours!

1. Client details are relevant & up to date!

2. Medical.. is the treatment safe to carry out for you and your client? Allergies? Medications? All been spoken about?

3. What to expect, maintenance and after care. Lash shed cycles, cleansing, routine top ups and infills have these been covered?

4. Any issues have you made them feel confident enough to leave a review if yes perfect but if they feel even more confident to approach you with an issue about the service… EVEN BETTER!

5.Honesty, transparency and duty of care to your clients is worth more than its weight in gold!
