I have to buy and pay for specific treatments for an individual prior to the appointment. I made the decision to trial a no deposit approach but unfortunately it has not worked and over the 2 weeks alone I’m at least £160 out of pocket 🥺 with Christmas around the corner this is alot to loose. Also I cannot cover slots at such short notice of a hour or 2 and I could have offered the time to another on the waiting list.
Hopefully this will not happen regually as this can cause a business to fold and i want to continue trusting my clients.

Policy states……If cancelled less than 4 days before appointment 50% payment required to move to next available slot. The amount paid will need to be paid before further treatments are booked and special offers will not apply.

Cancellation of appointment with less than 48 hours  any pre-payment is nonrefundable and full payment is required  to cover costs. No further appointments will be offered unless this is paid.

Please arrive on time , if over 15 minutes late we will be unable to undertake your treatment or consultation and this will be seen as a no show and full payment will need to be paid .

Failure to attend 2 appointments will results in no further appointments offered to that individual.
