Due to all of our stylists and therapists being self employed, late cancellations have a massive impact on us all, and we have all experienced a very high number of appointment changes during the last few weeks.

Any last minute changes or cancellation to your appointment leaves your stylist or therapist with no time to fill that space with another client.
It also affects us accommodating other clients who may have been wanting that day or time slot.

All of our income is dependent on our clients, and when childcare is involved as well as a late cancellation, this can have us loosing money.

We completely understand that life is very busy and things can happen unexpectedly, but we kindly ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment that you do so with 48 hours notice if possible.

Any appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours notice during the month of December will be charged the FULL price of the appointment.

This is our busiest time of year and with all of us working as much as we can to fit you all in before Christmas, we would appreciate all of our lovely clients to be aware and respect our cancellation policy.

We all LOVE our jobs, but we also need to protect our livelihood as well.
