MHAB FITNESS will deliver their final circuit session before Christmas on Monday 19th December 630-730pm at Holwell Village Hall with all the new years resolutions coming into action from Monday 9th January 2017 6.30-7.30pm. Sessions delivered by Matthew and Sharon are of great quality and at £3.50 per session there really is no reason not to be active in 2017.
MHAB'S Core and Flexibility session is now known as Flexercise and will be returning to Milborne Port Village Hall on Monday evenings from the 9th January 2017 6.30-7.30pm. Sessions by Kevin and Matthew are of great quality and at £5.00 delivered on your door step there really is now reason not to be active in 2017.
