You may see my face online a lot.
But I didn't educate myself and didn't enter Aesthetics because I wanted the perfect Instagram or Facebook feed.

I entered this industry because I genuinely love work with the skin, I love help people feel confident in their skin.
I love the science, the education, the problem- solving and the relationship built with every client who walks through my door.

Dear Ladies.
Today, a very drastic situation. We don't share stories like this publicly. This is a true case of complications following SELF-injected facial injections. In pursuit of a perfect face shape.

So why did we decide to tell the story of this particular woman this time?
There's one reason... education and a warning.

We want to raise awareness of the serious consequences of SELF-administering medical and NONE-MEDICAL ( like in this case ) products at home.

These aren't cosmetic procedures that can be performed without knowledge, experience, and appropriate qualifications.
Health, and sometimes even permanent disability, is at stake.

The woman has been placed under the care of a doctor. She is currently blind in one eye. This is a dramatic complication that affects every aspect of her life. Further treatment remains a significant unknown and will depend on both the patient's cooperation and adherence to specialist recommendations, including completely ceasing self-injecting products into the face (!!!!).

I am publishing this story not to judge anyone, but to warn.
If this helps even one person avoid dangerous experiments on their own bodies, it's worth talking about.
