Hey! 🙋🏻‍♀️

So sorry to the people in my DM’s I haven’t responded to yet, but I had some pretty major surgery last week. I was in the trenches for a while and finally feel like I’m seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

Unfortunately this means that my little business will be closed until atleast February at this stage. I am absolutely gutted to not be able to see all of my regulars and get you all ready for your Christmas season 🥺 but on the other hand, this is the first time since I started my career in nursing that I have had / will probably ever, have this amount of time off over Christmas and the lead up to. Trying to see the positive, even if it is not by choice ✨

Due to having some post operative clientele, I will be sharing on my socials things that have helped and things that I have done to help my recovery, and things I feel I have benefitted from, as I want to take you all on the journey with me. I rarely share a lot of personal things and it is a vulnerable space to me, but life is too short 🤎

Looking forward to seeing some old and new faces in the new year, when I’m back stronger than ever ☁️

Although most of my clients come to me for post - operative care, it is very closely followed by clients on some part of their journey through the menopause.

The menopause is very good at disrupting balance 🌿 and at dream contouring we are here to restore that ✨

Touching on some of the science - menopause decreases estrogen & progesterone levels - reducing the efficiency of the lymphatic system 🍒 leaving inflammation, fluid retention & bloating as a side effect of this 🫧
