We love seeing you in the salon, but if you can’t make it, please let us know in good time. ⏰

Last-minute cancellations leave us twiddling our scissors and drinking coffee instead of working!

• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% charge

• Less than 24 hours’ notice / no-show = 100% charge

We promise it’s not us being grumpy 👿– it’s just that short-notice cancellations are almost IMPOSSIBLE to fill, which means lost income.

To help you out, we send reminder texts and emails. ✅
If you’re not getting them, give us a shout and we’ll add your details to the system.💻
