I hope 2026 is treating you all well so far. Apologies for the lack of content lately, I'm still very much Reiki-ing away and enjoying every minute of it. The seemingly endless rain has been providing some lovely atmospheric background noise during treatments, but this is the only positive I can find at this point as I think we've had more than enough of it now 😆 roll on Spring... 🌱🌻🌳☀️

Hello everyone,

It's certainly a chilly Sunday and speaking of chilly, one of my brilliant clients gave me a really good idea yesterday...

I will be trialling a heated blanket on my treatment couch for the colder months for my clients to lay on. With plenty of other blankets to keep you extra snug during your treatments (no judgement from me if you snooze along the way 😴🤣)

Of course we can switch it off if you prefer as I know some people run a little warmer, but just something I want to try out following some really useful feedback.

Happy Monday, everyone!

As we are now coming into that time of year where coughs, colds and other viruses are on the increase, I wanted to address this in regards to coming for your Reiki appointments. I respectfully ask that you do not come to your appointment if you are unwell with anything contagious, including colds. I will not carry out treatments if anyone turns up unwell so please don't make the journey.

I will never think badly of anyone needing to cancel due to illness and will of course find you another appointment when you're feeling better.

Today is World Mental Health Day💚 an incredibly important day to raise awareness about Mental Health and Wellbeing, and support organisations and individuals working hard to protect and improve mental health services.

As Reiki Professionals, we have the privilege of supporting the wellbeing of our clients on all levels, mind, body and spirit. Reiki is one of the simplest and safest holistic healing techniques today and is becoming an increasingly popular way to naturally heal, relieve pain, reduce stress and anxiety and provide extraordinary relaxation.

Today we would like to thank our extraordinary RHA Members for the healing work they do to help their clients with Reiki and other holistic therapies💚 We see you and are incredibly honoured to support you as you transform lives ✨

Make time to check in with yourself, your friends, family, and clients this week. Remember that mental health is a journey, and it's okay to seek help and support when needed. World Mental Health Day serves as a reminder that mental health is a global concern, and together, we can work towards a world where mental well-being is a priority for all 💚

I do love a crystal. Did you know that they can actually amplify Reiki energy and assist on it's mission to go exactly where it's needed on the recipient. They can therefore be extremely helpful in unblocking stubborn energy caught in the chakras.

Since I've been practicing Reiki on my regular clients in my own environment (where I have a little collection of crystals that seems to keep growing 🤭) I've noticed stronger reactions, different sensations from clients not previously felt and had several reminders why I started this little sideline in the first place.
