🟠 Is your body moving as well as it should?
You can train hard, run regularly and feel like you’re doing everything right — but how you move matters.
I use movement assessments and functional testing to look for potential strength, mobility, stability and movement imbalances that could be contributing to pain, reduced performance or recurring injuries.
🔎I can assess things such as:
* Squat and single-leg movement
* Hip, knee and ankle control
* Shoulder and upper-body movement
* Strength differences between sides
* Stability and balance
* How your body controls movement under load
* Areas that may be compensating for another problem
The aim isn’t simply to treat where it hurts.
It’s about asking:
“Why is this happening, and how can we get you moving better?”
From there, I can build a personalised rehabilitation and corrective exercise plan and, where appropriate, use objective testing to track your progress.
