So how does the sun cause signs of aging?

☀️ Collagen helps to keep skin smooth and firm. Sun exposure has many effects on the skin including depleting collagen therefore we see lines and wrinkles developing. It also affects the blood vessels and pigment producing cells which can lead to skin looking red and blotchy.

Which sunscreen?

🌞 UVB rays cause sunburn and UVA rays are responsible for skin damage that can lead to skin cancer and signs of aging.

🌞 So make sure you use at least SPF30 and make sure it has good protection against both UVA and UVB.
