From the very beginning, Smooth’s long-term vision was always hair removal — I knew I wanted to offer a truly permanent solution. I see how empowering and transformative hair removal is already for all kinds of people regardless of hair colour, gender, race and age. What a privilege it will be to make that change a permanent one. This treatment will be absolutely life changing for people plagued by unwanted hair growth. I will be honoured to be part of their journey.

There have been 4am alarms for revision, late-night admin sessions, endless studying, and so much dedication behind the scenes to make this happen. Yesterday, I officially passed my Local Authority inspection with flying colours 🤎
