Please, if you're unable to make your appointment, I'd really appreciate as much notice as possible.

Unfortunately, missed appointments and no-shows without any message or cancellation have a huge impact on my small business. That appointment time has been reserved especially for you and could have been offered to another client.

If you can't attend, please just send me a quick message. I completely understand that emergencies happen—communication is all I ask ❤️

Moving forward over the next few weeks I will be introducing a new booking system in which you will be able to book appointments with myself, Sarah & Lucie all on one system, there will be a deposit taken on this - this will then help reduce the amount of no shows.
