It's been nice to have a little holiday but also good to be back, last two weeks so many clients were using that eclipse energy to release unwanted trauma and feel new and fresh for spring!

Next Week is getting pretty full already, and I still have spaces for cranio sacral so if you've not had a try yet get in touch!

Don't forget as well I also practice core myofascial release which is done fully clothed using your breath and movement to release tensions in the fascia, it's one of my absolute favourite treatments and great for posture, change and growth, plus you feel taller after.

As my practice is growing I have to make more time for self care, anyone got any good massage therapist recommendations in Cumbria ??

It's been a super busy one for me 💪

The sun is starting to get warm and I've seen snowdrops and the start of the daffodils as well, exciting times for us sun worshipers. 🌞💙💙

Still plenty of places left for massage with me this week. I offer tailored treatments for any ailment, be it injury, repetative strain, DOMS, tight achy muscles, chronic illness or stress there's always techniques safe for everyone to get some relief.

It's been fascinating learning about this therapy, and I really enjoypracticing it, so far my clients have loved it, finding it really relaxing and really promtes mind body connection.
