After 2 lovely weeks off, We reopen tomorrow! 💕

Just a reminder that my new prices come into effect tomorrow, and my 24-hour cancellation policy will also be applied.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will require 50% of the booked service to be paid before another appointment can be booked, due to lost earnings.

✨ A Little Salon Update ✨

From 24th of August, there will be a price increase to most services. I've done everything I can to keep my prices as low as possible for as long as I could, but with the ongoing rise in product costs and general business expenses, my current pricing is no longer sustainable. This increase is necessary and will help me continue providing the quality of service you expect while fairly covering the time, products, and constant increasing costs involved.

I'll also be introducing a 50% cancellation fee for less than 24 hour notice on missed or late-cancelled appointments. This fee will need to be paid before, or at, your next appointment before any future bookings can be made.

Colour appointments take several hours, and when someone doesn't attend or forgets their appointment, it's often impossible to fill that time at short notice. Unfortunately, this means valuable appointment times are lost while many clients are waiting for availability.

Just a polite reminder anyone paying by bank transfer please can you try to make sure its paid the week of your appointment,just keeps my end of week banking correct (im too easily confused otherwise 🙈) x
