💆 Ready for another day in the clinic.

One of the things I enjoy most is getting everything prepared before my first client arrives.

Fresh towels.

Treatment room ready.

Coffee made.

Now it's time to help people move a little more comfortably, whether that's recovering from a run, easing neck and shoulder tension or simply getting back to doing the things they enjoy.

Every treatment is tailored to the individual because no two people – or two bodies – are exactly the same.

Wishing everyone a great day! 😊

🏃‍♂️ My Favourite Whitstable Running Route

One of the questions I'm asked quite a lot is where I like to run locally.

This is one of my favourite routes around Whitstable. It has a bit of everything – sea views, quiet paths and plenty of fresh air. Whether I'm heading out for an easy recovery run or just clearing my head after a busy day in the clinic, it's always a good choice.

Running regularly reminds me how important recovery is. Even easy miles can leave muscles feeling tight if we don't give them the attention they deserve.

📍 Do you have a favourite local running route? I'd love to hear your recommendations!

Thank you so much for this lovely review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It always means a lot when someone takes the time to share their experience.

My aim is always to provide personalised treatment that helps people move better, recover well and get back to doing the activities they enjoy.

Thank you for your support—it really is appreciated. 😊

If you've visited the clinic and would like to leave a review, I'd be incredibly grateful. Your feedback really helps local people find my business.

Tight calves after running? 🏃‍♂️

You're definitely not alone.

Whether you're training for a marathon, getting back into running or simply spending a lot of time on your feet, tight calves are one of the most common problems I see in the clinic.

Here are three simple stretches that can help improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

✅ Wall Calf Stretch

✅ Bent Knee Calf Stretch

✅ Step Stretch

Remember, stretching shouldn't be painful. Gentle, regular stretching is usually far more effective than trying to force a muscle to loosen.

If your calf tightness keeps returning or is affecting your running, it may be worth getting it assessed rather than simply stretching it.

📍 Based in Whitstable, I help runners and active people move better, recover faster and stay active.

5 signs your body needs a reset
• Tight shoulders
• Heavy legs
• Low back stiffness
• Poor recovery
• Always feeling tense
Your body often whispers before it shouts.

Which one are you feeling?

A massage isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about giving your body and mind the space to reset.

It’s time away from daily demands.
Time to restore movement and reduce tension.
Time for your nervous system to calm.
Time to relax, destress, and recharge.

It’s relaxing, yes — but it’s also maintenance for your body, keeping you moving comfortably and preventing niggles before they start.
💆‍♂️ Give yourself the time you deserve — your body will thank you.

Most clients say…
“I should have booked sooner.”

People often wait weeks or months while feeling:
• stiff
• tight
• run down
• restricted
Then after a session they say:
👉 “Why didn’t I do this earlier?”

You don’t need to wait until things become unbearable before doing something about it. Sometimes your body just needs a reset 👍

💬 Been putting it off?

You don’t need to be in pain to benefit from treatment. Many people wait until something really hurts. But treatment can also help when you simply feel:
• stiff
• tight
• heavy
• run down
• restricted
Sometimes feeling “not right” is reason enough.

What feels tightest right now

I love helping people leave a session feeling:
✔ looser
✔ lighter
✔ more mobile
✔ more relaxed

Whether it’s a runner with tight calves or someone carrying stress in their shoulders. That feeling of moving better again never gets old.
