We heal better in community. That’s why we breathe together. That’s why we breathe in circle.

It’s in our DNA, it’s in our nervous system. We seek the safety of social engagement. Connecting with other people makes us feel safe, and feeling safe makes us want to connect with other people.

When we come to Breathwork the first time often we don’t know the other people. But by the end of the session we feel closer. We feel like thanking the people we have breathed with, because it feels as though they have supported us and helped us in our journey.

So we thanks them for being there ,for helping us and inspiring us to express, to release, to clear and shed those old skins.
