At The Garden Retreat, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality hair services at affordable prices for everyone. We are able to keep our prices competitive largely because of our location, which also offers benefits such as free on-site parking and convenient access via a local bus route.
One challenge of being away from a busy high street is that we don't benefit from passing footfall to help fill appointments at short notice. When appointments are changed or cancelled, it can be very difficult for us to replace that booking.
To continue offering the high standard of service and reasonable prices that our clients value, we rely on your support and understanding. Frequent appointment changes can leave gaps in our diary that cannot be filled, which affects our ability to maintain our current pricing structure.
For this reason, our booking system may request a deposit when appointments are moved or changed. This helps protect the time reserved for you and allows us to continue providing affordable services for all our clients.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and we always aim to be understanding and supportive when unexpected situations arise. However, to continue delivering the level of service you expect, we also need your support in helping us manage our appointment schedule effectively.
My team works hard to create a welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone who visits us. While we all have the occasional bad day, our staff deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and in return, we ask that all interactions with our team remain respectful. Rudeness or abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
