This is my gorgeous nephew Thomas!💙
Unfortunately my brother Gary and his wife Louise found out the most devastating news that any parent would ever have to go through!
Thomas has been diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour that cannot be operated on and the average life expectancy is around a year. Words cannot express the heartache this family is going through.
