What a wonderful thing to do by ❤️
🩸 INVESTING IN MY HEALTH FROM THE INSIDE OUT 🩸
At 55 and post-menopausal, I’m becoming more conscious than ever about healthy ageing.
It’s easy to focus on what we see in the mirror, but what is happening on the inside matters just as much—if not more.
That’s why I recently had a comprehensive blood test with Yorkshire Bloodworks.
I wanted to understand exactly what was going on beneath the surface, heres just a few of the things tested - the report was really comprehensive
✔️ Cholesterol
✔️ Diabetes markers
✔️ Inflammation levels
✔️ Liver function
✔️ Kidney function
✔️ Hormones
✔️ Overall health markers
The results?
Everything came back either NORMAL or EXCELLENT. 🙌
And whilst I was obviously relieved, I wasn’t entirely surprised.
For years I’ve been committed to looking after my health through good nutrition, regular exercise, quality supplementation, hydration and daily habits that support long-term wellbeing.
The lifestyle I teach my clients isn’t something I switch on and off—it’s how I live every day.

🔦COACH SPOTLIGHT – MEET MAZ 💚🔦Mariposa Nutrition
If you’ve spent any time around Mission Nutrition, chances are you’ve met the wonderful Maz 💫
Maz is my right-hand woman, my wingman, and a huge part of what makes our community so special.
She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion to everything she does, always taking the time to support, encourage and help others become the very best version of themselves.
What I love most about Maz is that she genuinely cares. Whether it’s celebrating someone’s success, helping them through a tough week, or simply making them smile when they walk through the door, she’s always there.
And the amazing thing?
Maz does all of this alongside a full-time job! She fits her club hours around work because she loves being part of our community and the positive impact it has on people’s lives.
Of course, if you’ve ever been to one of our company events, you’ll also know she’s usually the first one on the dance floor 💃😂 Often spotted shaking her b***y and bringing the fun wherever she goes!
Our members absolutely adore her, and Mission Nutrition simply wouldn’t be the same without her.

🔥 CLIENT SHOUT OUT – MARK 🔥
What a result for ! 👏
✅ 6.8kg lost
✅ 45cm gone
✅ 2.9% body fat reduced
✅ 2 litres of visceral fat lost
But the numbers only tell part of the story…
Mark is a busy chef, a proud and very busy girl dancer dad, and has been living with COPD and ongoing knee pain. When life is busy and your body isn’t always cooperating, it’s easy to put your own health on the back burner.
The biggest win? Mark’s knee pain and COPD symptoms have improved massively, allowing him to feel healthier, move more comfortably, and enjoy life so much more.
And now? He’s maintaining his results and feeling really happy with where he’s at. 🙌
This is exactly why we focus on more than just the scales. Better health, better mobility, more energy, and being able to do the things you love with the people who matter most. ❤️

The problem isn’t usually knowledge.
The problem is trying to do it all on your own.
Life gets busy.
Work gets stressful.
Motivation comes and goes.
Menopause throws a few curveballs your way.
And suddenly that diet you started on Monday is forgotten by Thursday.
That’s why support matters.
That’s why accountability matters.
And that’s why community matters.
Real, lasting results don’t come from being perfect.
They come from having people around you who encourage you when things get tough and celebrate you when things go well.

Leadership isn’t about leading from the front—it’s about the moment someone starts believing they’re capable of more than they ever imagined.
For years, I thought success was measured by the number on the scales.
Every time someone lost weight, I celebrated with them because I believed that was the transformation that mattered most.
But over time, I realised the most powerful transformation has nothing to do with weight.
The greatest change isn’t what people lose—it’s the self-belief they gain.
I’ve watched people walk through our doors feeling nervous, overwhelmed and unsure of themselves.
Months later they’re standing taller, speaking with confidence, encouraging others and achieving things they once thought were out of reach.
Some have even gone on to lead, inspire and help other people transform their own lives.
That’s what leadership means to me.
It’s not about titles.
It’s not about being the loudest person in the room.
It’s about helping people see something in themselves that they can’t yet see.
One of the greatest privileges of building Mission Nutrition has been watching ordinary people do extraordinary things when they’re given support, encouragement and belief.
So tonight I’ll leave you with this question:

✨ JODIE’S JOURNEY CONTINUES… ✨

The numbers are brilliant…
⬇️ 17.9kg lost
⬇️ 94cm gone

But what stood out most to us today wasn’t the scales or the measurements…
It was everything else. ❤️
