✨ LET’S TALK PIRIFORM FILLER ✨

One of my favourite treatments for a subtle tweakment that nobody can quite put their finger on 🤍

Piriform filler is all about supporting and restoring structure through the midface. Rather than creating an obviously “filled” look, carefully placed filler in the piriform area can provide a soft cushion between the cheek and nasolabial fold, helping to support the tissues and soften the transition through the midface.

As we age, we naturally lose volume and structural support, which can contribute to deeper folds and changes in the way the midface sits. Piriform filler can help to restore some of that lost support, creating a softer, more youthful-looking facial structure without necessarily adding noticeable volume.

✨ The goal?
“You look amazing… have you done something different?”
Not: “You’ve had filler!”

Depending on your facial anatomy and what you’re looking to achieve, piriform filler can also be complemented with cheek filler where required. The two areas can work beautifully together to support the midface while maintaining natural facial movement, proportions and definition.

It’s not always about adding more — sometimes it’s about placing a small amount in the right place to restore structure. 🤍
