There are so many nail myths out there that just aren’t true… like thinking your nails need to “breathe” (they don’t 👀), or that gel automatically ruins your nails when it’s actually improper removal that causes damage. Those white spots aren’t from a lack of calcium either, and cutting your cuticles? Definitely not the move 🚫
