The 90s did a number on some of us… 😮💨😂
These are trial brows ahead of a wedding, and I think it’s safe to say we’re on the right track.
When you’re working with brows that have been over-plucked for years, it’s all about creating illusion. We mapped out the ideal shape, then used hybrid tint to grab onto all those fluffy little vellus hairs around the brow to visually extend the shape and create the appearance of more fullness.
Add in brushing the brow hairs down and a little strategic trimming, and suddenly the brow looks thicker, softer and far more structured.
Brows are honestly one big optical illusion. It’s not always about having more hair, it’s about knowing how to make the most of what’s already there.
Swipe to see how much of a difference a little shaping, tint and brow wizardry can make ✨

This week’s recap hits a little differently… and a little later than usual, because I’ve finally been spending time with my man after 5 weeks apart.
Honestly, I couldn’t be more content.
I’m deep into my cut now, we’re so close to the shoot, and if I’m honest, I am depleted. Zero energy, a flat physique, stubborn body fat hanging on for dear life, and I’ve spent most of the week feeling pretty miserable. But having him here has been everything.
Finding someone who shares the same interests, passions, drive, work ethic, and attitude has been a real eye-opener. He wasn’t supposed to happen, but I’m so glad he did. Long distance is hard as hell, but it also makes you appreciate every single moment you do get together.
I’ve loved spending time with my best friend, introducing him to my sister and the kids, and having some of the most important people in my life see exactly what I see in him.
Now we head into what I think is 4 weeks out… honestly, I’ve lost track at this point.
The energy is in the gutter. The physique feels flat. The body fat is fighting back. And I am firmly in the trenches.
But the bigger picture? It’s nearly done.
We keep fighting. We keep digging deep. We keep showing up. We keep moving forward. Because one thing is certain — I will not stop until I’m standing in front of that camera knowing I gave absolutely everything I had to this goal.
Thank you, Scott, for being my biggest supporter, my loudest cheerleader, and the person who keeps reminding me why this is all worth it. 💚🙌🏼
When cousins get together, productivity leaves the room and chaos moves in. 😂
Non-stop laughing, endless catching up, and somehow a fresh set of brows at the end of it all.
The brows were the only thing behaving themselves today.
She also said thanks for the Nicole Kidman comment!

I absolutely LOVE when comes to see me! PCOS (now known as PMOS) is so so common, as are the side effects that come with!
No shame.
No awkwardness.
No pretending facial hair doesn’t exist.
Just laughter, honesty, and a mutual understanding that sometimes life gifts you a full personality and a few extra chin hairs.
PMOS can bring challenges, but appointments like this remind me how important it is to create a space where clients feel comfortable enough to laugh about the things they once felt embarrassed by.
The banter was elite.
The results were flawless.
And yes, we were both crying with laughter by the end. 🤣💚

This week has been a heavy one for me, but also an eye-opening one.
It’s highlighted a lot of things I no longer want, no longer need, and definitely won’t accept.
The older I get, the more protective I become of my time, energy, and attention. They’re valuable to me, and I’m becoming a lot more intentional about where they go.
My clients get my full attention when they’re with me. They invest in me, and in return they receive my time, knowledge, skills, care, and everything else that comes with the experience.
The same applies to family and friends. The exchange isn’t financial, but it’s still an exchange. Relationships should add value, support, laughter, connection, and mutual respect. If something consistently drains more than it gives, I’ll always choose to step away.
Something else that’s become really apparent lately is how accessible people expect you to be once you have an online presence.
The truth is, I’m not a “social media person.” I’m just me.
I share parts of my life, my work, my thoughts and experiences, but that doesn’t mean I’m available 24/7, nor does it make me responsible for carrying everyone else’s emotional load.
I’ve realised how much basic communication and manners matter to me. A simple hello, please, thank you, or even just acknowledging the human being on the other side of the screen goes a long way.
Be mindful of who you are, and how you interact with people. Access to someone isn’t an entitlement. It’s something that’s earned through respect, reciprocity and genuine connection.
Unless you’re investing in me professionally, or bringing something positive, valuable or meaningful into my life, you don’t automatically get access to me.
Boundaries aren’t walls. They’re standards.
And this week reminded me exactly why mine exist.
Part 2/2 because one reel simply could not contain 12 weeks worth of life updates, emotional support, oversharing and recovery position laughing 😭💚
This appointment was less “quick maintenance wax” and more:
* catch up therapy session
* life admin meeting
* comedy podcast
* occasional beauty treatment
And honestly? That’s one of my favourite things about this job.
The relationships, the comfort, the safe space to just exist exactly as you are — overdue appointments, chaotic schedules, body insecurities, grown out waxes and all.
No judgement here ever. Just good chats, good energy and a reminder that you never need to apologise for being human

What a fking week! Week number 8 of shoot prep ✅
Carbs were lowered again, fats too.
Towards the end of the week I’ve deffo felt weakness creeping in. But otherwise feeling pretty damn chuffed with myself.
Chipping away at the physique - love that.
Beautiful new clients have come through my door this week and my god I’ve not stopped laughing, I honestly love you all so so much! I’ve got a sneaky feeling Tuesday check in is steps going up ^ so I’ve actively made sure I’m already going above where possible so it’s not a shock to the system.
Not much to report other than I’m boring, living a very nice routine right now and I actually really enjoy that. Tism and routine? Who’d have thought 🙄
Tried to be a grown up and do my accounts- very badly so far but thank god for my accountant 🤣
Wish someone would take my money and just give me a budget at this point but that’s next on my habits to sort.
The fella FINALLY got an upgrade and now I can actually see his face when I see the c*nt - long distance is NOT for the weak let me tell you, but blessed for technology & him being my biggest cheerleader through this whole process.
See ya next week, enjoy my singing apparently that’s all I’ve done with my week according to my camera roll 🤣😭😭
