✨🌿 Welcome to my little enchanted garden… 🧚♀️💜
My very own little corner of the world, where my Zen Den, fairy garden and pond all come together. 🥰
It really is my happy place — peaceful, magical and full of little things I love. ✨
I feel so lucky to have created this space. 💜
🍂🔥 Hello autumn… 🔥🍂
My first outdoor fire of the season and I couldn’t be happier. 🥰
A little bit of peace, warmth and magic… my happy place. 💜🌿

ZenDen
💜✨ Come and prepare my Zen Den with me… ✨💜
Before my client arrives, I love creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. 🌿🕯️
✨ Cleansing the room with palo santo
✨ Lighting the candles
✨ Preparing everything for their treatment
✨ Creating a space where they can simply switch off and relax
Today’s treatment was an Indian Head Massage 💆♀️💜
And afterwards my client messaged me…
💬 “I floated home again 😂❤️❤️”
🥰 This is exactly why I love what I do!
She’s already booked back in for her birthday next month for another Indian Head Massage and Reiki session. ✨
Sometimes you just need to give yourself permission to stop, breathe and take a little time for you. 🌸
💜 Creating little moments that matter.

🌿✨ Home, recharged and ready to get back to doing what I love! ✨🌿
After a lovely week away with my little Mum, I’m home and ready to get back to both sides of Batt-Rei-Energy Wellbeing. 🥰
🪷 My Zen Den — my little peaceful space where I offer Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Access Bars, giving you the chance to slow down, switch off and have some precious time for yourself.
🌿 My wellbeing sessions — where I take my sessions into care homes, retirement communities and supported living settings, bringing relaxation, connection, sensory experiences, pampering, music, movement and plenty of smiles to residents.
Two very different sides of what I do, but both have the same purpose…
💜 Creating little moments that matter. 💜
I’m looking forward to getting back to my Zen Den, getting out to see my lovely residents and meeting lots of new people too. 🥰
If you’d like to find out more about either side of Batt-Rei-Energy Wellbeing, just drop me a message. 🌿🪷
🧳🇪🇸 HOME SWEET HOME ❤️
And just like that… we’re home! 🏡❤️
Our last day was spent having one final wander around the shops, picking up a few little holiday bits before heading to the airport. 🛍️✈️
And now we’re back home, cases unpacked… well, nearly! 😂🧳
What an amazing week with my mum. ❤️
We’ve laughed, cried, relaxed, explored, eaten lots, had plenty of ice creams and made so many beautiful memories together.
It really was everything we needed. ☀️🇪🇸❤️
Santa Ponsa, thank you for the memories… until next time! 🥰🌴

🌴☀️ A little beach day with my little Mum ❤️
Yesterday was just one of those lovely days that made us both so happy. 🥰
A bit of sunshine, Santa Ponsa beach, lots of laughs and, of course, me acting my age… ha ha, who am I kidding! 😂🙈
I couldn’t resist giving my Mum a little splash 💦🤣 and I’ve discovered that at my age I STILL do as I’m told! 😂 Some things never change!
Then we headed off for our Sunday dinner at Harry’s Bistro 🍽️❤️ and we were absolutely made up to find a proper Sunday dinner while we’re away!
It was lovely… and then cake followed! 🍰😂
We honestly haven’t stopped eating this holiday! 🤣 The partying is well and truly over — give us a cuppa, cake and the soaps and that’s our kind of holiday! ☕️🍰📺😂
It’s the simple things, the silly moments and making memories with my little Mum that make me happiest. ❤️
A little beach day, a Sunday dinner and a whole lot of giggles… yesterday made our day. 🌴🥰✨
