We will leave at 6pm so get there a few mins before as it’s getting dark just after 7 😊
Yesterday morning before work, giving thanks to the universe for all my blessings.
Although life is challenging, I use my treasure chest of wisdom, practices and magic to raise my energy as much as possible.
Dancing is one of them 🦋
Bookings open for this months mediation night, it’s going to be an amazing one 🥰

I’ve learnt not to let worries take over my mind,
I treat myself with compassion, with love and kind.
If a worry appears, I can feel it, then let it go,
I don’t have to hold on to what I don’t need to know.
I used to spend too much time worrying what might be,
And missed little moments right in front of me.
So I’m learning to breathe, to slow down and see,
There’s so much more to life when I simply let me be.
Because life is precious, and time passes by,
I want to be present, not always asking why.
So I’m choosing more living, more joy, more me,
And giving my worries less space to be.
Join me for a night of learning, reflection and relaxation 💖💫 🦋

Another walk for next Monday, Ladies.
I can’t do every Monday but I will post on here other days or whatever Mondays I can.
Last week was lovely and everyone enjoyed it, nice that it’s still light and the sun was beginning to set. It was just over an hour as we set off a few mins late, so if you can be there for 6pm.
Message for meeting point or if you are coming alone, need some encouragement or a little bit nervous, just reach out 🦋
It’s National Fitness Day so I thought I’d share what fitness means to me.
This clip is from my fitness class last night. What you don’t see is me holding back the tears. You don’t see the pain I’m in and you don’t see the negative thoughts that were trying their hardest to take control of my mind.
You don’t see the anxiety that I had walking into the gym this morning. You don’t see the work I do mentally to stop that anxiety taking hold.
Fitness to me is more than exercise. It’s safeguarding my now, my future, my mind, my wellbeing, my mental health and my physical body.
Yesterday I got my MRI scan results. My adhesions and endometriosis have tethered organs together, including my bladder, and it’s adhered to and infiltrated my abdominal wall. It causes pain 24/7 and after previous surgery, it’s back, causing a lot of anatomical changes.
22 years of misdiagnosis, pain, medication, surgeries, early menopause and the physical impact of endometriosis and adhesions. Not forgetting the strain it causes in relationships and the impact it had on my children when they were little, when I was unwell so much.
14 years ago, I experienced the worst pain I’ve ever felt. The undiagnosed adhesions and endo had caused a frozen pelvis. It impacted massively on my physical and mental health, causing thoughts I don’t ever want to think again and won’t ever let myself think again.
I’m not writing this for sympathy. There are millions of people with worse. I’ve lived with this type of pain and these issues for 22 years. I manage it with support from medical experts, exercise, meditation, family, amazing people and my mindset.
So you get the point, fitness isn’t just fitness.
When I work out, walk, dance, bike ride or post a fitness photo, it’s my two fingers up to a disease that has impacted my life for so long.
A handstand isn’t just a handstand to me.
It’s mental strength, perseverance, bravery, challenge, defiance, fighting back, courage and resilience.
It’s me challenging my body, pushing myself and refusing to let a disease define what I’m capable of.
Every workout is a little “F@ck you, endo.”
I can’t always control what my body throws at me, but I can choose how I fight back.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, seek help, the NHS since I was diagnosed have been amazing with me ❤️

Message me for the meet up location if you fancy some steps and a chat tomorrow night # # #
Good morning amazing people ❤️
Nothing better than dancing and singing and just being in the moment. This was me last night prepping for a client, cleaning and tidying and getting slightly distracted after spotting my headband.
Dancing is so underrated, I dance every single day.
Let your inner child come out to play. Turn the music up, move your body and remember what it feels like to be completely free
Have a wonderful day 💖💫🦋
