I’m so exited for our pregnancy relaxation course starting this Monday 20th April at in Widnes.

We’ll come together each Monday evening 7pm-8pm to start our week off right, breathing, slowing down and connecting with our babies.

As a Doula and Hypnobirthing teacher I will guide you through a different birth topic each week, giving you my top tips and sharing my insider knowledge to support you to have the birth you dream of.

This is not your standard pregnancy class. This is pregnancy relaxation with a difference. Not only are you going to learn beautiful breathing techniques and experience hand written deeply calming pregnancy guided meditations but you’ll also learn a SHED load about birth.

As a doula and a hypnobirthing teacher, sharing my knowledge about birth is my passion. Not everyone can spare the time or the money for a full hypnobirthing course. Not everyone can swing the money for a Doula. This is my way of creating an opportunity for me to share my knowledge with you all whilst giving you the chance to chill out, relax and connect with your baby 💖

At the start of the class we’ll get a chance to come together, connect and ground before discussing an important topic connected to birth.

From birth positions to breathing, from pain management to affirmations I’ll share with you all of my top Doula tips for prepping for the empowered birth of your dreams ✨

We’ll end the session with a beautiful guided relaxation designed to help you to switch off, let go and connect with your baby. Come along, take some time for you and make getting prepared for your birth something exciting!

What can I even say? What words can I find when I think about all of you, my beautiful clients?

This last year has been so amazing. Actually since 2023, when I jumped fully and extremely happily in to this little heart led business, I have had the absolute best time.

I need you to know that I appreciate every single one of you. The privilege I feel that you have allowed me to guide you through your pregnancies, births and postnatal periods goes beyond words I can express.

When I bump in to you on the street, when you send me pictures of your growing babies, when you message to tell me how you’re doing, my
