Handmade Skincare; made using natural plant based ingredients such as butters, essential oils, herbs, flowers & salts. No synthetic ingredients, sls free, palm oil free & paraben free. All skincare products available have been handmade by myself, with full assessments and insurance for each product. Handmade Well-being Items; Smudge Sticks are either handmade by myself or ethically sourced. Candles & Wax Melts are made with 100% pure Soy Wax & pure essential oils. Natural dried herbs & flowers are safely added. Fully CLP compliant. Spiritual items include; Crystals for well-being, wind chimes, sun catchers, oil/wax burners, incense, incense holders.

A gentle morning with a relaxed space for mums to pause, breathe and have some much-needed time for themselves.
Each session will include a mixture of:�🌿 Mindfulness & guided relaxation�🤍 Women’s wellbeing & gentle discussion�✨ Angel/oracle card reflection�💎 Crystals & intention setting�☕ Time to connect with other women�🕯️ A calm, welcoming space to simply be
Sessions will be around 90 minutes. This will be an affordable investment for yourself and a little something for you each week.
