A peaceful day by the sea, crafting energy rattles.
Deep conversations with the ancestors, asking for support and clarity - and a little dance on an empty beach to finish 😊 With only the birds for company, what a beautiful way to spend an afternoon ♥️

There are moments in life when Spirit whispers… and then there are moments when it quite literally knocks you to the ground, just to make sure you’re listening.

These last two weeks have really pushed their luck!! They’ve asked everything of me - Emotionally, physically, spiritually…

So for the most part, I’ve spent time reflecting, visiting mountains and rivers and getting outside to nature. Quietly sitting with uncomfortable truths, navigating deep emotions, honouring the heaviness, and looking honestly at myself and my path.

This past week has brought such powerful shifts -  Firstly, through the beauty of the womb cleansing ceremony - witnessing and nurturing such an incredible group of women through this sacred process was an honour beyond words. Together we remembered, we softened, we released and we began the path of healing.

Standing at the sea, leaving our prayers and intentions in the water, felt like surrendering old versions of ourselves back to the tides. Allowing the water to carry what no longer belongs to us, what we should never have been carrying in the first place …

And then through a grounding and uplifting drumming circle beneath the energies of the new moon, setting intentions for what comes next - not from a place of force, but from alignment and hope 🌙 

These last weeks have reminded me that sometimes the breakdown IS the doorway.

Spirit has your back, even when it really hurts, even when it makes no sense, and then, just at breaking point, it’ll send you a sign to keep going, to trust the process, no matter how painful, or how unclear it is 🌈 I was reminded to remember joy, to take the risks, but mostly, to choose myself ♥️

Sometimes being brought to your knees is exactly where the healing begins ♥️ ✨

After not being sure I’d make it, and with half the stock I probably need, I’m very glad to be back ♥️

Bluebells, woodlands, Vikings and birds of prey 🦅 and the sun is shining 🌞 what more could I ask for 🥰

A day of two halves 😊

Out in the countryside 🌿 and a long overdue catch up with my favourite “foot-up-my-arse” Aries queen - keeping me grounded and accountable ♥️ (hence the photo 🙄😅)

Then a truly uplifting ladies drumming circle on the Wirral - 14 beautiful ladies, chanting, drumming, helping heal each other and setting intentions for the month ahead.

And a little fire ceremony at the end too - giving to the fire what no longer serves us 🔥 ♥️

And a gentle reminder on the breeze of who I am, and what I’m supposed to be doing…

I’m deeply honoured to be offering the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki 🤍 I’ve thought about delivering this for a long time - and feel now is right.

Through my training, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to learn and receive this sacred rite directly from the amazing Marcela Lobos, - and I hold this offering with deep respect, integrity, and love. As Marcela and the Women of the Andes intended ♥️

🌹 “The womb is seen as a centre of creation - not just for life, but for ideas, expression, and purpose. This rite reawakens that energy.”

This is a powerful, heart-opening initiation - a call to step deeper into love, compassion, and service

🤍 In keeping with the true spirit and intentions of this ceremony, there is no charge to receive the rite - However, there are ticket options available with a donation - all money raised will be given to Wirral Women & Children’s Aid, supporting those who truly need it.
