One week, one Radio Frequency facial

This is one week after her very first Radio Frequency facial and we’re only getting started.

You can already see subtle changes through the lower face, but one of the most important things to understand about RF is that your results aren’t all supposed to happen on treatment day.

RF uses controlled heat within the tissue, creating a thermal response that can give some initial tightening while also stimulating the processes involved in collagen remodelling over the weeks that follow.

So, what can you expect? 👇🏼

STRAIGHT AFTER
✨ Skin may look tighter, plumper and fresher
✨ You may notice an immediate glow
✨ Mild warmth or redness can occur
✨ Any immediate tightening isn’t your final result

THE NEXT FEW DAYS
The skin settles following treatment. You may still notice that fresh, firmer appearance, but the longer-term collagen response is only beginning.

AROUND 7 DAYS
This is where we are with this lovely lady. 🤍
Subtle improvements in the appearance of firmness, texture and the lower face may start becoming easier to spot especially when we compare photographs.

2–4 WEEKS
Collagen remodelling continues. Changes are gradual, which is exactly why we don’t judge an RF treatment solely on a straight-after photograph.

4–12 WEEKS
The skin can continue to change as the remodelling process develops. And when treatments are performed as part of a planned course, we’re building on that response each time.

This is ONE treatment at ONE week.

She’ll be continuing her RF course, and we’ll be documenting her progress along the way.

So we have had our new name a few months now and I think everything has finally been changed over… including the coffee cups!

If I’m completely truthful the name change wasn’t planned, it was something we found ourselves needing to do rather than something we choose.

But sometimes things just have a funny way of falling into place.

And now? I genuinely don’t think there could be a name that suits us more.

Because this has never just been about coming in, doing a training course and leaving with a certificate.

It’s about the people you meet, the support you have afterwards, the confidence you build and knowing you’ve got somewhere to come back to when you need advice, practice or just a little reassurance.

It’s about learning from each other, supporting each other and being part of something beyond the day you train.

Somehow, without even planning it, the name became exactly what we already were and it feels like this is what we were always meant to be.
