Too many last minute cancellations recently, this is just a reminder post of my business policies. Thank you for your custom💗

Please remember that my time is valuable too 🤍

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved specifically for you. I plan my working day around your appointment and turn away other clients who may have wanted that same time.

A last-minute cancellation or no-show without a genuine reason doesn’t just mean an empty appointment slot - it can mean lost income, time that another client could have had, and time that I could have spent at home with my child and family.

No one wants to sit in work and not get paid, being self employed we estimate our earnings from the booked appointments to make sure we can pay bills and everything we need.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always try to be understanding when there is a valid reason. 🤍

However, cancelling last minute simply because you’ve changed your mind, forgotten, or something else has come up means that I have very little chance of filling that appointment.

My time, my work and my business deserve the same respect that I give to every client who books with me.

Please respect your appointment time, give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, and remember that behind every appointment is a small business owner giving up their time to provide a service for you. 🤍
