Alive & Well Massage Therapy

💚💚💚
I will be out of office from this coming Sunday.

I'll still be able to respond to messages during this time but I can't accommodate appointments.

Appointments will resume when I return.

Many thanks & Love
Hollie 🤗💚

Lymphatic Drainage is coming to my treatment list! 👀

If you have ever thought about trying it, or asking questions about it... now is the perfect time.

MLD is not a muscle treatment, but more a treatment to guide your Lymphatic system out of overwhelm and inflammation 🩷

A fully body session can last between 60 - 90 minutes, so for £50 that is a STEAL👀🤗

Half body massage also available! Send me a message and we can talk about your personal needs so I can cater for everyone.

Message to book 💚

Regular Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD) can work wonders for your body. 💚

Ever wondered what Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is?

MLD is a very light, rhythmic massage technique that encourages your lymphatic system — your body's own drainage network — to move fluid more efficiently through your body.

Unlike deep tissue work, MLD uses gentle, precise strokes that follow the direction of your lymph flow.

If you suffer from that heavy, sluggish feeling in your body or if you’re post-surgery you’ll feel the benefits*:

💧 Reduced swelling and puffiness
🛡️ Support for a healthy immune system
🩹 Faster, more comfortable recovery after surgery or injury
🌿 Less fluid retention
😌 Deep relaxation, without the intensity of a firmer massage

I can bring MLD straight to you across Wigan and the surrounding areas with mobile treatments available. Introductory offer incoming... 👀

*If you are unsure if you’re suitable for this treatment, please consult your healthcare professional before undertaking an MLD massage treatment.

MEET THE TEAM 👋💚

I have been a little quiet on socials lately but I thought i'd use this as an opportunity to reintroduce my team. Basically... it is me! 😂

I am a small business who has to wear a lot of hats, (and Google how to do a lot of things) but I am still so passionate and proud of this business and I love meeting so many wonderful people in the wellness space 🫶🏻💚

Please always message me if you have any questions or wish to book an appointment with me!

Lots of love, the "Team" 😂 x

Happy Friday! We've made it through another week. 🌿

Here's my remaining availability for August for Swedish massage treatments.
