We’re so excited to share that Urban Studios will be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 25th September 2026 — and we’d love for you to join us!

As hairdressers, we hear so many personal stories from people in our chairs — from those going through cancer treatment themselves to those supporting someone they love. Cancer has touched so many lives, and this is our little way of using our platform and our community to give something back to an incredible cause.

This one is especially close to my heart, as I have personally been affected by cancer and will be donating in memory of my Dad, Arthur Bleakley 💚

We’ll be filling the salon with coffee, cake, treats and plenty of love, all while raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Every donation, no matter how big or small, can help make a difference to someone living with cancer.

As our clientele continues to grow, we’re excited to be expanding our team at Urban Studios 🤍

We’re looking for a fully qualified, experienced stylist to join us in an employed position for approximately 25 hours per week.

We’re looking for a confident all-round hairdresser who is experienced in:

✂️ Cutting & styling
🎨 Colouring
✨ Colour correction
🤍 Hair extensions
💇🏼‍♀️ Classic & modern hairdressing techniques

You must be confident working independently with clients and delivering a high standard of work across all aspects of hairdressing.
