A range of students groups attended a finance talk from HSBC today.
The 'Kickstart Your Finance' theme focused on providing tips on saving and making a clear plan. Definitely an important skill to have ahead of university or next steps after college.

Meanwhile, back at base....The Hair and Media Makeup students enjoyed an inspirational day!
Alumni Makeup Artistry students, Lucy Preston and Marketa Kostalova returned to Wigan & Leigh College to deliver creative demonstrations and talk about their journeys including what they have been learning UCEN Manchester.
They shared their advice on creating portfolios and what’s it’s like to study Media and SFX Makeup at UCEN. It’s safe to say they are thriving and it was wonderful to have them back! 👏🏼
