I will also be sending this message personally to all my lovely clients

I would firstly like to say just before my holiday and upon returning last week I had a lot of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. I have previously mentioned that I cannot continue to run my business this way
I have now decided to take a £10 deposit for all future bookings
Any appts booked from June 8th onwards requires a £10 fee to be paid to secure your booking. This is non refundable unless a minimum of 48hrs notice is given for cancellation
If a cancellation is made less than 24hrs before a payment for the full appt will be required before any future bookings be made

I would also like to add that I have decided to close on Fridays, as I already work 9am to 9/10pm Monday to Thursday, I cannot physically continue to work so many hours going forward. Any bookings already made will, of course, be honoured, but there will be no more bookings made for Fridays in the future.
