What is MesoGOLD BOTO-XTREME+?
MESO BOTO-XTREME+ is an advanced mesotherapy formulation and treatment protocol designed to restructure and tighten the skin from the inside out. Using a blend of biomimetic peptides, hyaluronic acid, retinol and other active nutrients, the product provides Botox-like smoothing and muscle-relaxing benefits without injections, irreversible effects, or common Botox side effects.

How the treatment works
MesoGOLD BOTO-XTREME+ uses mimetic peptides (small biomolecules that imitate natural signals) to modulate muscle micro-activity and fibroblast function. These peptides (Argireline, SNAP-8, Leuphasyl) act on the cellular machinery that controls neurotransmitter release — the SNARE protein complex — to gently reduce the intensity of muscle contractions. The science

PRX –T33 is based on TCA (trichloroacetic acid), which penetrates the deeper layers of the skin, without damaging the outer surface. You get all the benefits of the TCA without any outward signs. TCA then stimulates the skin to produce elastin and collagen, the two factors which cause ageing as we slowly reduce our ability to make fresh collagen and elastin.

Active ingredients in the PRX-T33 peel?

With PRX-T33 ®, is a combination of TCA and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) which quickly penetrates the dermis (one of the skin’s layers), activating a process of regeneration WITHOUT attacking the epidermis (the outer layer of skin). The PRX-T33® is an improved formula of the trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peel.

Each molecule of PRX-T33® contains a unique combination of 33% TCA, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and 5% kojic acid. Due to this, PRX-T33® is not as “aggressive” as pure TCA.

PRX-T33 Procedure

Before performing the procedure your skin is then prepared with a mild cleanser, rinsed and dried thoroughly.

By a manual deep facial massage the PRX facial solution is applied. This is repeated 2-5 times, on each area of the face / neck / décolletage. The product is then massaged firmly until it is absorbed, and a palpable or visible elasticity is observed.

A course of these peels is incredibly effective. PRX-T33 promotes stimulation of fibroblasts and growth factors without causing inflammation or damaging the skin.

The treatment can be performed at any time of year, unlike peeling, because it is not photosensitising, and it is suitable for all skin types.

PRX-T33 Aftercare

To achieve the best results, further skincare is recommended at home.

After 24-48 hours, WiQo – a serum to acidify your skin should be applied every night for 3-5 nights. Moisturise your skin after 30 minutes of applying the serum.

For the best results 4-6 treatments are carried out 2-3 weeks apart.
