Why did GPs stop syringing ears? 👂
It's a question I get asked all the time.
Many GP practices no longer offer ear syringing, leaving people unsure where to turn when they're struggling with blocked ears or hearing loss.
I've written a blog explaining why ear syringing has largely been replaced, what the safest methods are now, and when you should seek professional help.
