Business Development Executive Role;

Here at iBeauty we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, motivated individual to head up a business development team….
As a recruiter for iBeauty your role will involve…
o Researching your targeted businesses
o Knowing all there is to know about the iBeauty product and services
o Organising and attending face to face client meetings, signing the businesses up to the app, talking them through the services and benefits
o Following up every meeting with customer care, making sure their account is up and running and that they are utilising the service fully
o Hitting targets and KPI’s on a monthly basis
o Eventually hiring your own recruiters and building a team to work under you

Given that iBeauty is currently free to join to targeted businesses this should ensure all of your meetings are successful and make your job enjoyable and easy as well as rewarding.
The role is very flexible you will be in charge of your own areas and accounts, booking in your own meetings and creating your own schedul.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate along with an iPad and all the necessary materials.

The ideal candidate will have;
• Basic knowledge and take an interest in the beauty industry
• Worked in a sales role/environment previously
• Research ability
• Passion for sales
• Excellent communication skills and articulate

The platform allows users to search for MUA’s or salons or browse local services before booking online. Customers signed in will also have access to exclusive discounts and offers when booking via the app. The client can upload an amend their own seasonal offers and discounts when logged into their own iBeauty portal account.
All industry related businesses are welcome to join, iBeauty’s new and advanced technology eliminates the hard work by taking bookings, cancellations, payments and queries and all with 24/7 support and customer care. Think of ibeauty as an online manager.
iBeauty’s extensive advertising campaign will drive an influx of customers to view the businesses on-board and their services like never before, without costing the client a penny. The value of this marketing alone is just one of the many added benefits of the app.
