Topical Application of Exosome & PDRN Serums with SKINBFF™ 0.25mm or 0.5mm Mini Roller

Overview
This protocol outlines the recommended method for enhancing serum absorption using the SKINBFF™ 0.25mm or 0.5mm mini roller in combination with exosome-based serums. Designed for superficial skin needling, this approach supports improved topical delivery
while maintaining a gentle, non-invasive experience suitable for regular use.

Our exosome serums can also be used topically in conjunction with other professional microneedling treatments.

Indications

- Dull or dehydrated skin
- Uneven texture or tone
- Early signs of aging
- Maintenance between professional treatments

Frequency
Use monthly at minimum, allowing at least 2 weeks between sessions.

Preparation

1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly using a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser.
2. Pat dry with a clean towel.
3. Draw up 1ml of ecosome serum solution (depending on therapist discretion) into a sterile syringe.
4. Attach and fit the SKINBFF™ 0.25mm or 0.50mm mini roller securely to the syringe system.
5. Ensure the roller is in underaged sterile packet and for single-use only. Do not reuse.

Application Steps

1. Using the SKINBFF™ roller system, gently roll over the skin in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions (6–8 passes per direction) while gradually dispensing the serum.
- Use light pressure only; no discomfort or bleeding should occur.
2. Continue controlled application to evenly distribute the selected volume of serum across the treatment area.
3. Once needling is complete, lightly massage in any remaining serum on the skin to maximize absorption.

Post-Treatment Care

- Avoid washing the treated area for at least 4–6 hours.
- Do not apply active ingredients (e.g., retinoids, acids, vitamin C) for 24 hours post-treatment.
- Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ if exposure to sunlight is expected.
- Dispose of the roller immediately after use in an appropriate sharps or clinical waste container. Do not attempt to clean or reuse.

Contraindications

Do not use on:

- Active acne lesions or infections
- Broken, irritated, or inflamed skin
- Skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area

Precautions

- Strictly single-patient, single-use protocol.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout the procedure.
